Invalid file format (13) [997]

Hello,
I tried to use Starwind V2V Converter to convert vmdks to vhdx files. The source vmdks are exported ovf vmdks (stream-optimized)
I haven't found anything regarding error 13.
Coud you tell me what error 13 means?

Hello, spacemax.
Please try to run V2V converter as Administrator and convert the file again. If that doesn't help, could you please send us the sample file, you have issues with? We will try to reproduce the issue on our side.

I'm also got the same problem,but it got fixed automatically next time to used it.

In our case the vmdk is corrupted we couldn't import it into VMware as well. So from my side this can be closed.
