Of course! It is very simple to convert VMs from ESXi to Hyper-V and back!

I do not see any restrictions. It is completely free for usage.

There's no paid version of V2V.

What you need is to write an e-mail to me asking about redistributable version and I'll just say you "YES". You'll keep this e-mail (so will I) for all future questions. That's it ;)
