StarWind Software

When I open up starwind v2v and select a file I get the following error "File opening file (2) [32]" I have closed the vhd file and it is not in use and it has full permission.

Anyone have any advice?

We think that something is still locking the file.
Can you doublecheck if it is so by using software like LockHuner, Unlocker or analogue and share the result with us?
