Windows 2003 R2 vmdk to vhd fails

After I successfully convert 2 vmdks (removed vmware tools) and attach them to a new HyperV VM and try to boot it blue screens say to remove any new hard drives/controllers and run chkdsk/f. I've done other v2v's similar to this with great success. Any insight would eb greatly appreciated.

Can I ask you to clarify this? Have you tried another software for this conversion?
