Access Denied - Physical 2008R2 to 2025 Hyper-V

I'm trying to P2V a physical 2008R2 server to a remote Windows 2025 Hyper-V server and getting Access Denied. I am able to P2V a Windows 10 desktop successfully with the same credentials. I've seen mention of WMI and CredSSP being used for the conversion. Is this possible?
