Starwind V2V Converter Crashes

I am attempting to convert from ESXi to Hyper-V with the Starwind V2V Converter tool, however I am finding the app to be very unreliable. It crashes regularly, sometimes in the middle of a conversion and sometimes it just crashes if I open it and do nothing for about 30 minutes.

I've tried running it on two different computers now (one Windows 10 and the other Server 2016) and the same thing happens in both cases. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks for your post. Please expand on the conversion scenario:
-source image type, destination image type.
-Are you converting a VM or a single disk?
-What is the source and destination host hypervisor versions (specific update levels, if possible)

Source is ESXi v8.0.3, destination is HyperV on Windows Server 2025. I am converting the entire VMs, but I did try just converting a disk and the app still crashed. The VM is powered off at the time of the conversion. The app typically crashes after about 15 - 20 minutes into the conversion.

Sorry for misunderstanding, I was trying to say "do you have an older V2V converter version saved somewhere so you can downgrade and try with an older build".
