Olw Win 2008 Physical Server

I cant find anything in the KB articles that I have seen. Is there a version of the V2V that supports converting Win 2008 server to a VMDK?

It might be able to P2V 2008 R2 or later. Yet, the OS should be x64.

It is not officially supported, but you can give it a try.
Conversion does not alter the disk anyway. Also, you can try disk2VHD (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysin ... s/disk2vhd), but it is also for 2008 R2
