P2V - VSphere - error creating image

Hi All,

Ive attempted to migrate a physical server to VSphere and im getting an error that says
"error creating image a file was not found"
ive migrated about 4 physical machines which worked successfully however there are 2 that are having the above issue, any pointers will be a great help,

Can you please let me know the conversion scenario, source OS, and destination disk provisioning?

Check the access rights, disk and system integrity, and make sure all necessary files on the source server are intact.
