StarWind Converter on bare-metal Hyper-V?

Can StarWind Converter be installed on a bare-metal Hyper-V Win2K8 R2 Server and run via CLI?

Unfortunately we don't have any command line tools. Can isolate V2V core into console app in theory but you're the only one who had asked so far... Sorry :)
