Please elaborate on this. Could you please show me how the disk in question looks in Disk Manager?

We do (Hyper-V) or will do soon (VMware & KVM) "live" conversion when you don't need to shut down any VMs. FYI.

You can convert the VM locally and then do storage migration to CSV.

We need to check your configuration to find a bottleneck. For now it's either network or for some reason source can't feed the data faster. Start with some network usage monitor on both client & server. Microsoft Network Monitor is old, but very usable still. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down...

LSFS is considered EoL. We're brining another in-line deduplication engine at this point.
