FYI, same as others, converting VMware ESXi to Hyper-V, app crashes, entry in Event Viewer says NTDLL.DLL faulting module on version 9.0.1.757.

Downloaded 9.0.1.268 from your Google Drive link, uninstalled build 757 then installed 268 > working now.

Something wrong with build 757.
