Pls find attached the full logs as a zip. I did, in the end, get this to work by using a 3rd party product. To recap, whilst the conversion to ESX seemed to work, the resultant W7 VM would not boot. BSOD suggested missing drivers, as did the W7 boot process failing at the 'starting windows' screen. ...

OK, logs attached. This run converted OK it seems but when I powered up the VM it failed to boot. I don't have the full error as I didn't capture it but the on screen text referenced Grub which I thought was odd as it was a Windows 10 VM.

OK, thanks for the replay & apologies for the late reply. I think the problem was me not the s/w. As the target I used the vCenter appliance IP and not the Host IP. So in terms of the target dir, I used 'browse' and then all I saw was the datastore, which I selected. Using the Host and not vCent...
