Hello ! In same experiments I expolre, that Fast Sync used always until exist one online node. I.e among two (or three) nodes I can easy shutdown one (or two) node and after starting of it we have excellent Fast Sync ! If all nodes was cleanly shutdown, then used Full Sync .
