Can you please provide some sample switches for these programs. I downloaded them and I know my ip's, but i don't know what you are looking for me to test.

Sorry since I am new to this product, please bear with me. I had the product working properly, and the host it was installed on took a dump. I rebuilt the host and reinstalled the software, and now I only have 1/5th to 1/6th the speed, the device is functioning, I just don't know what the difference...
