Does the Microsoft iSCSI init service need to be started, or should it be disabled because the Starwinds services take care of everything?

How do I get this one to work now? All I get is the error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Did I have to have some prerequisite installed? .net3.5 or .net2 or some .dll?

When to expect this? Should I uninstall the version I have now?

I also had to copy oledlg.dll from c:\windows\system32\ from a Windows 2012 to the server to get the program installed.

I got the Starwind Tape Redirector installed on Hyper-V 2012 core (free version) fully patched as of 8-15-2013. But when I go to start the StarWindManagementConsole.exe I get a Application unable to start correctly. (0xc0000007b) popup window and the app doesn't start. The Starwind service is running.
