iSCSI Subnets - MPIO VMware

I'm at the point of configuring my Nics for the iSCSI traffic. I've read some conflicting things and am not sure if it even matters that much. Example - Should it be configured: VMware - Nic1 - 10.10.0.1/24 Nic2 - 10.10.0.2/24 Starwind - Nic1 - 10.10.0.3/24 Nic2 - 10.10.0.4/24 OR VMware - Nic1 - 10....
