Thank you for the reply! This is mostly for future planning for some of our clients, so it wouldn't be something we'd put into production yet.

What about the 3rd/remote node system configuration, does it have to be as powerful a server as the other two local HA nodes?

Another question related to Asynchronous Replication over WAN in general... Can the backups created using the Backup Plugin for Hyper-V also be sent offsite to the WAN/3rd node, and not just the active replication data?

Asynchronous Replication over WAN on Native SAN questions

Is Asynchronous Replication over WAN possible using Native SAN for Hyper-V? ie: Can I buy 2 servers to use in HA on my local network that are connected together directly via the Native SAN for Hyper-V 2 node configuration, and then buy a 3rd server to send offsite to be a source for recovery purpose...
