I could resolve the issue. Something was wrong with the nic.
After I changed the hardware nic the software I working normal.

Today I installed a complete fresh Win2k8 Server with a fresh installation of the free StarWind iSCSI software. So I was trying to generate a clone of the already exsiting mashine.
On the new created Win2k8 server everthing works as it should.

But why it is not working on the other system?

There should be no problem with that. With what software? TeamViewer, Netviewer, WebEx?
