Connecting 2 hosts to iSCSI target free edition

Hi all I have 2 x vsphere 4.1 hosts connecting to a server 2003 starwind server for shared storage. The first host finds the iSCSI target fine and I have created the datastores within vcenter but the 2nd host cannot see the starwind iSCSI target on re-scan at all.
