Implemented, no problems, sync back took 4 hours, but that is around 3 times faster than under 5.7 as saturates both sync channels and sustained read/write seems even better than before now you've lost the ms transport. Really impressive.

Just to confirm - Once both nodes are updated with 5.8, On the first node we initialise full synchronisation (copy data to this device from partner). At this point, the second node starts servicing client connections (as it is marked as good) and the first node initiates a full copy over of all data...

Hi there, with agents disabled we see the same issue, also if i rename the installation file as suggested earlier we see the same issue.

Aside from UPS monitoring software the only other stuff on the box is the HP Proliant support pack and windows updates.

hi there. event log wasnt open (not in an rdp session either) but we do have scom agents on the servers. is it possible they could also cause this behaviour as they gather events?
