I am getting the same error when trying to convert an Atlantis ILIO appliance supplied as .vmdk to Hyper V:

Invalid file format (10) [0]
Not all descriptor fields are present

Any chance on a early release for testing?

Update - Issue was caused by incorrcet IQN in the ACL for the Xen Servers so not an issue with StarWind or Xen Server but rather my typing skills
