Hi,
using Version 8.0.6884 and made 1 target and 1 device with 1TB size.
Now I would like to resize this device to 2 TB total size.

Is LSFS not able to size an existing device?

If yes, how?

Thanks
Raymond

Raymond, this functionality is planned for implementation in one of updates for V8.
I think, it will be in release version in about 3 months.
Best regards,
Alexey.

Hi Alex,
thanks for the reply.
My understanding is: LSFS is not finshed yet or not to advisable for production!!!
Maybe my customers should wait until v9....
THX (at least I can stop looking for the resize button) :|

So it is not working if haven`t got resize button :D
The LSFS is doing it`s primary task - logging and structuring, gives ability to take snapshots, allows to compress the data. Planning the SAN sizing is something that need to be processed by human, and we will start helping with that in one of our new versions.
