Access rights issues with Windows 2008 R2

If I try and restrict access to certain targets using "Access Rights" none of the iscsi initiators can connect. I have tried something as simple as source being Ip address or IQN and selecting the single target that said IP/iqn should be allow to access. Any attempt fails. if I immediately remove the "destination" part of the "access right" the initiator can connect to all the targets. I know I could use Chap to further restrict access, but I prefer to use access rights which clearly identify source x can ONLY access target Y. i have tried with windows 2008 and vmware esx 3.5 u4 hosts.

Please download v.5.2 from our web site. This build has lots of bugs fixed.

Thank you,
