Is L2 cache now stable?

on the recommendation of using the NVME SSD for L2 cache (but I do not know the NVME RAID1 hardware option here) can I use a dynamic disk RAID1 (mirror)? StorageSpaces mirror for NVME L2 cache?

Thanks for your interest in StarWind solution
You can create "Software" RAID-1 (mirror) in Microsoft disk management and use it for L2 cache. But I am not sure that this scenario has been tested yet.
