Hello,
Ive installed the free tape redirector but when I connect I can see the device but in device manager its shown as a unknown device and then wont be shown in DPM 2012.
Both servers are runnings Windows Server 2012, can anyone help me find a driver that will work on the client machine to allow DPM to see and work with the drive?
Thanks

You need to install your Dell tape device driver on the client machine, since you're passing through the whole device - client machine controls it the same way as original owner.

Well, that should be the same driver that you`d use without the Tape Redirector software. Can you share the tape model with us?
