Hi guys
Here's an interesting paper about reliable block storage replication, usable for VMs, if you haven't seen it yet:
http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/do ... 1&type=pdf
The proposed solution supports replication, checksumming, branching, snapshotting and overprovisioning (sparse allocation).
Cheers,
Simon

I've replaced paid URL with a direct link at the authors page but I cannot see any content from PDF for some reason. Do you happen to have working and free link?

Finally completed reading. Very impressive. We do a lot of common things with our deduplication + HA combination. At least problems we suffer from are pretty much the same
In what relations are you with the authors of the Lithium?

I'm in no relation with the paper's authors. I just stumbled over it and thought you might be interested, because I found it an interesting read.

It's a pity you're not in any relations with the authors as I had a couple of questions
That was a very interesting reading indeed! Thank you!
