VM to Hyper V Live Conversion.. Any Success?

Apologies for my lack of knowledge with V2V migration.

I was currently tasked with researching on what would probably be the best way to convert VMware to Hyper V (If anyone has other suggestions besides Hyper V please let me know). After a few days of researching I came across Starwind feature that has live migration and was curious if anyone had any success with the live migration.

Any corruptions during live migration? How many snapshots does Starwind take during the migration?

My main concern is that we have customers that are limited to downtime because they're a 24/7.

I appreciate everyone input in advance.

Sorry for the delay.
StarWind V2V converter makes only one snapshot.
It can convert live VMs. Let me know if you run into any trouble.
