iSER works in StarWind for synchronisation channels for quite some time. You can configure incoming connections with iSER where hypervisor / OS supports this functionality (VMware ESXi since 6.7, KVM and Xen), there's no Hyper-V incoming connections iSER support though and I don't think we'll do it....

If you have proper hardware and iSER is configured - yes, you'll have iSER / RDMA on sync even with Windows Server.
