Access rights issues with Windows 2008 R2

If I try and restrict access to certain targets using "Access Rights" none of the iscsi initiators can connect. I have tried something as simple as source being Ip address or IQN and selecting the single target that said IP/iqn should be allow to access. Any attempt fails. if I immediately...
